Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £120 is payable on booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to the commencement of the letting period. A confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt and full directions plus key code will be sent upon receipt of your final payment. If for any reason we should need to cancel your booking we will return in full all monies paid by you to us.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The property will be available from 4pm on the day of your booking. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and maintenance etc.

PETS

Two well behaved dogs are allowed if we are notified at the time of booking. They must not be left in the property unattended at any time if you leave the property. You must exercise your dogs off the premises. Please do not allow them to foul the garden.

PARTY SIZE

Only those listed on the booking form may occupy the property. You cannot arrange for visitors to the property without prior consent from Beacon Windmill. (Owners) reserve the right to enter the property at anytime but will endeavour to do so when convenient to the occupiers.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HOLIDAY MAKERS

The holidaymakers are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc. and the property itself must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday period.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and should be notified to the owners before the end of the holiday. Should you find on arrival any damaged or non-working items, they must be reported to the owners immediately so that matters can be rectified. THE WINDMILL IS ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING.
